Are you like me and hate cardio exercise unless it is fun and not an aerobic video? Well this could be the ticket! I would love to learn these dances in the privacy of my own home, read not coordinated. Plus, I'm modest and frankly the Latin dances should not be done within a group imho. TMI? lol
